Hey DT, 100% disk utilization isn’t necessarily a problem in isolation. It depends on how the processes are scheduled and a number of other metrics as to whether it will impact you. Do you have any knowledgeable technical help available in your circle of friends? It seems like you have been floundering for months with your Windows woes and this shouldn’t be this difficult to fix.
